NVR Labs ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you play Ball Blitz VR ("the Game") on Meta Quest devices.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our Game, we may collect the following information:

• User ID: Used to identify your account for game progress, leaderboards, and entitlement verification through the Meta platform.
• User Profile: Your Horizon username and profile photo, used to display your identity on leaderboards and in-game social features. This data is obtained through Meta's Platform SDK.
• In-App Purchase (IAP) Data: Information related to purchases made within the Game, such as confirmation of items purchased, transaction IDs, and purchase history. We do not process or store your payment details — these are handled entirely by Meta's payment system.
• Gameplay Data: High scores, level progress, achievements, unlocked skins, and preferences stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information solely to provide and improve your gaming experience, including:

• Saving your game progress, high scores, and preferences.
• Verifying purchases and delivering purchased content (skins, levels, etc.).
• Displaying your username and profile photo on leaderboards and in-game social features.
• Verifying app entitlement through Meta's Platform SDK.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your Meta Quest device. Purchase records are managed through Meta's platform services. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

4. Third-Party Services

Ball Blitz VR is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store and uses Meta's Platform SDK for entitlement verification and in-app purchases. Meta may collect and process information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Please review Meta's Privacy Policy for details about their data practices.

5. Children's Privacy

Ball Blitz VR is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

6. Your Data Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You may request information about what data we hold about you.
• Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete the personal data associated with your use of our Game. To do so, please email us at support@nvrlabs.com with your request, and we will process it in accordance with applicable laws.
• Local Data: You can delete all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data through your device settings.
